It is our pleasure to present Volume 2 of the Journal of Finance and Business Studies (JFBS). We are grateful for the continued support from our authors, reviewers, Editorial Board members, and readers. Their contributions have helped the Journal grow and continue to promote quality research in finance and business fields.

The aim of the Journal is to provide a platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to share research findings and experiences. As the finance and business environment continues to change, there is an increasing need for reliable research that provides practical and evidence-based solutions to current challenges.

We remain committed to maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, and ethical publishing. Every manuscript submitted to the Journal undergoes a rigorous peer-review process to ensure that published articles are original, relevant, and of high academic quality. This volume contains a collection of six research papers. The papers provide useful knowledge and practical insights for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
